1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy is drafted in line with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and sets out how Agrokom LLC (the Operator) processes personal data and protects it.
- The Operator’s main aim is to respect human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the right to privacy and to personal and family secrets.
- This Operator policy on personal data processing (the Policy) applies to all information the Operator may obtain about visitors of the website http://beregpesochnoy.ru .
2. Main terms used in this Policy
- Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data with computing equipment;

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
- Last name, first name, patronymic;
- Email address;
- Phone numbers;
- The site also collects and processes anonymised visitor data (including cookies) via internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
- The data listed above are referred to in this Policy as Personal data.
4. Purposes of personal data processing
- The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to conclude, perform and terminate civil-law contracts; to give the User access to services, information and/or materials on the website http://beregpesochnoy.ru clarifying order details.
- The Operator may also send the User notices about new products and services, special offers and events. The User may opt out at any time by emailing the Operator at info@beregpesochnoy.ru marked “Opt-out of notices about new products, services and special offers”.
- Anonymised User data collected via statistics services is used to learn how Users act on the site and to improve the site and its content.
5. Legal grounds for personal data processing

- Personal data is processed for an unlimited term. The User may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the Operator at info@beregpesochnoy.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
- Before a cross-border transfer the Operator must make sure that the foreign state provides reliable protection of data subjects’ rights.
- A cross-border transfer to a state that does not meet those requirements may take place only with the data subject’s written consent and/or to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party.
8. Final provisions
- The User may obtain any clarification about the processing of their personal data by emailing the Operator at info@beregpesochnoy.ru.
- Any changes to the Operator’s personal data policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in force until replaced by a new version.
