Дом имеет плоскую крышу и прямые геометрические формы, что подчеркивает стиль модерн. Коттедж подходит для проживания 5 – 6 человек.
Вход в дом слегка утоплен вглубь фасада, образуя небольшой навес. С крыльца можно пройти в отдельное помещение котельной и в основную часть дома.
На первом этаже расположены: тамбур, далее холл с лестницей, общий санузел, гостевая спальня, кухня и гостиная с выходом на задний двор.
На втором этаже разместились холл, общий санузел, кладовая, 3 bedrooms, одна с отдельным санузлом и гардеробной.
