Входя в дом попадаем в тамбур, из которого есть вход в котельную. Далее попадаем в просторный холл с лестницей на второй этаж. Так же из холла можно пройти в просторный санузел, кабинет и большую гостиную, совмещенную с кухней и зоной столовой. Из гостиной организован удобный выход на террасу. На втором этаже расположен просторный холл, санузел и три спальни, одна из которых хозяйская со своей гардеробной и отдельным санузлом.
