Через главный вход попадаем в тамбур и далее в общее пространство кухни и гостиной с лестницей на второй этаж. Также из помещения тамбура можно пройти в котельную. Из гостиной небольшой коридор ведет в санузел и гостевую спальню с собственным санузлом.
На втором этаже просторный холл, четыре спальни и два санузлала, один из которых относится к спальне.
