Проект индивидуального жилого дома ПБ-136 общей площадью 137,7 м2. Проект выполнен из панелей БЭНПАН Премиум в сочетании с Апексам, который своей конструкцией создает объемный фасад и скрывает швы между панелями.
Дом двухэтажный, предназначен для семьи из 5-6 человек. При входе в дом попадаем в тамбур, далее в холл, из которого можно пройти в котельную, гостевую спальню, санузел и в открытое пространство кухни и гостиной. Из холла лестница поднимается на второй этаж, на котором уютно разместились: санузел, зона для отдыха, гардеробная и три спальни, одна из которых со своим санузлом.
The BENPAN Premium reinforced-concrete wall panel has a three-layer build: an outer 50 mm B30 fibre-concrete layer, a 170 mm insulation layer, and an inner B20 fibre-concrete layer 50–140 mm thick in the rib. XPS or PIR panels can be used instead of EPS.
